FRENCH FRIED ONION RINGS 
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 lg. onions, sliced

Beat first five ingredients until smooth. Dip separated onion rings in batter and drop in hot corn oil to fry until golden brown. Lay paper towels under fried onion rings and absorb oil.

Fried Cauliflower: Use the above recipe batter to fry cauliflower. Break or cut up into small flowerettes about the size of a medium shrimp. Dip in batter; fry in corn oil until golden brown. Eat while hot. Very good.
