CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 c. cake flour
6 eggs
3 sticks Country Crock spread
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour alternately with eggs; add lemon and vanilla flavoring. Beat until batter is no longer grainy. Bake in greased and floured tube or bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
