CREAMY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts, cooked and seasoned
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream

Crumble 1 sleeve Ritz crackers and line bottom of 9 x 12 inch casserole; dot with 1/2 stick butter.

Shred cooked chicken and cover bottom of pan. Add 2 cans of sliced water chestnuts, drained. Cover chicken with above cheese mixture. Top with 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
