PORK CHOPS WITH MILK GRAVY 
4 pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup Pet milk

Roll chops in mixture, coating well. Brown on both sides in 1 1/2 Tbsp. hot fat. Add 1 cup water, cover and cook slowly 30 minutes or until tender. Remove chops to a warm platter. Pour milk into skillet and heat until steaming hot, but do not allow to boil. Serve with chops.
