SERBIAN CABBAGE 
Medium head of cabbage (about 3 lbs.) shredded fine
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter

Put cabbage in shallow 4-quart casserole dish. Pour milk over cabbage. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Dot with butter. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees then uncover and bake 30 minutes longer or until crumbs are brown and cabbage is tender.
