SERBIAN CABBAGE 
1 med. head cabbage
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter

Shred cabbage and place in 4-quart casserole. Pour milk over cabbage, sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes until cabbage is tender.
