2 sm. pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 stick butter
16 oz. Cool Whip
1/4 lb. gummy worms
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 lg. Oreo cookies

Beat milk and pudding for 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. In another bowl cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar. Fold into pudding.

Crush cookies. Place cupcake papers in bottom of pan. Layer cookies, pudding, cookies, pudding, cookies. Then top with gummy worms.
