1 1/4 lbs. Oreos
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 stick soft butter
2 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 lb. Gummy Worms

Crush 1 1/2 pounds Oreos. Spread half of crumbs on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat together cream cheese, Cool Whip and butter. In separate bowl, beat pudding, milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Combine both mixtures. Pour over Oreo crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs and refrigerate. Before serving, scatter worms over top and serve with clean or plastic garden trowel.

For variation, layer in clean flower pot or planter.
