BANANA EGGNOG WHIP 
4 c. cold milk, chilled to a frost
2 med. ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Pinch salt
2 tbsp. heaping vanilla or chocolate malt

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Whip until smooth and frosty. Garnish with powdered cocoa. Sprinkle over foam and add a medallion of banana (bananas sliced in circles). Makes 4-6 cups.

Drop a scoop of your favorite ice cream in for an added specialty. Garnish with whipped topping. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon cocoa.
