SMOKED OYSTER DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
8 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove finely chopped garlic

Whip together the ingredients with a fork until light and fluffy. Fold in one tin of smoked oysters (drained and chopped).

Makes 1 1/2 cups.

Use as a spread for crackers or Melba toast bites.
