PASTA CON BROCCOLI 
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. broccoli water
1 lg. onion
3 buds garlic
1 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Romano cheese
Salt & pepper
1 box cavatelli noodles

Heat butter in saucepan, then add slivered onion and cut up garlic and add to butter. Heat on low until onion is transparent; add flour, salt, pepper. Gradually add milk and broccoli juice; stir constantly until thickened. mix sauce, cooked cavatelli noodles and cooked broccoli together. May add more cheese to taste. Garnish with cheese on top.
