PASTA CON BROCCOLI 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 sm. pkg. fresh or 1 can of mushrooms
1 fresh head or 12 to 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. half and half
8 oz. tomato sauce (herbed or seasoned) or Ragu all natural spaghetti sauce
1/2 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute mushrooms in butter and garlic powder. Cook broccoli until crisp tender. Add broccoli to mushrooms and butter. Cook shells until 1/2 done and drain. Add shells, half and half, and tomato sauce to first mixture and cook on simmer until noodles are fully cooked. Remove from heat and add Parmesan cheese. Toss and serve.
