PASTA CON BROCCOLI 
8 oz. cooked pasta
1 bunch broccoli, cooked (or 6 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli - cooked)
1 pt. Half and Half
4 tbsp. tomato sauce (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Combine cooked broccoli, Half and Half, tomato sauce and garlic. Bring to a boil. Pour over cooked pasta and add Parmesan cheese. Mix well.

NOTE: Omit broccoli and tomato sauce and serve over 8 ounces fettucini for Fettucini Alfredo.
