PASTA IN BROCCOLI SAUCE 
1/4 c. olive oil
3 to 5 cloves of garlic
2 med. onion
2 to 3 slices prosciutto or ham
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
1 bunch fresh broccoli, chopped
Basil, thyme, & pepper to taste
1 lb. of your favorite pasta

Pour olive oil into 10 or 12 inch frying pan. Chop garlic and onion and slice prosciutto into small pieces (about the same size as chopped onion pieces), place in pan. Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally until onion and garlic are golden. Add chopped broccoli, spices and chopped red pepper. Saute for about 10 minutes or until texture is to your liking. Add more olive oil if necessary. Sauce should not be too dry. Pour over cooked pasta. Serve with grated Pecorino or Locatelli Romano cheese. Can be eaten chilled. Serves 6.
