SPAGHETTI SALAD A LA DORCAS 
1 lb. spaghetti, quartered & cooked
1 med. red onion
1-2 lg. green peppers
2 lg. tomatoes
2 cucumbers
1 (8 oz.) bottle Seven Seas Viva Italian Dressing
Oregano
Goya "Adobo" all purpose seasoning
Cheddar cheese chunks (opt.)
Pepperoni chunks (opt.)
Parmesan cheese, grated (opt.)

Boil and drain spaghetti. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Chop vegetables small. Mix into spaghetti. Add oregano and seasoning to taste. Mix in 3/4 to 1 bottle of salad dressing. Refrigerate a few hours to blend flavor. This can also be made the night before.
