DELIGHT CAKE

1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream together. Put in a 9x12 greased pan. Bake 20 minutes, 350 degrees. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix and spread over cooled first layer. Sprinkle with coconut.

3RD LAYER:

2 pkgs. coconut cream instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix and pour over second layer.

4TH LAYER:

Use the rest of Cool Whip (large carton) and spread over third layer.
