1 box lemon cookie mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 box confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. lemon extract flavoring

Mix first three ingredients together and press into a 9 X 12 pan. Mix the remaining four ingredients together and pour over cake mix.

Bake at 300 for 1 hour. Cool and cut into squares.
