YUMMY FUDGE PIE 
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Melt butter and chocolate together in microwave oven on high (100%) about 3 minutes. Stir until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Mix only until well blended. Pour into a greased 8 or 9 inch glass pie plate. Microwave on high for 6 minutes. Cool and serve with whipped cream or ice cream. This pie freezes well.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
