NO-CRUST FUDGE PIE 
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. pecan pieces

Place chocolate squares and butter in medium saucepan. Heat over low heat just until melted. Remove from heat. Place eggs in small bowl; beat with a fork.

Add eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla and pecan pieces to chocolate mixture. Stir until completely mixed.

Grease a large pie pan with butter. Pour mixture into pie pan. Place in cold oven. Turn oven setting to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
