NO-CRUST HAMBURGER PIZZA 
1 1/2 lbs. lean beef
1 egg
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
8 oz. can plain tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning
1 c. shredded Mozzarella or pizza cheese (4 oz.)

Combine beef, egg, garlic, salt and onion flakes and 2 tablespoons of the tomato sauce. Toss lightly in a large non-stick pie pan. Flatten out the meat mixture to line the bottom and sides.

Bake in a hot, preheated 450 degree oven for 10-12 minutes, until browned. Remove from oven and pour on remaining tomato sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and additional oregano if desired. Return to oven for an additional 5-7 minutes. To serve, cut into pie-shaped wedges. If cut into 6 servings, they are 194 calories each.
