NO CRUST HAMBURGER PIZZA 
1 1/2 lb. lean beef
1 egg or Eggbeaters
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
8 oz. can plain tomato sauce
1 c. (4 oz.) part skim shredded Mozzarella or pizza cheese

Combine beef, egg, spices, and 2 tablespoons tomato sauce. Toss lightly. Line bottom and sides of a large non-stick pie pan with meat mixture. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven and pour off any grease.

Spread remaining tomato sauce over top, sprinkle with cheese and additional oregano, if desired. Return to oven for 5 to 7 minutes. To serve, cut into pie-shaped wedges. Makes 6 servings each, 194 calories.
