2 eggs
2/3 c. salad oil
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat eggs with whisk until well blended. Stir in oil and vanilla; blend sugar until mixture thickens. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into oil mixture. Roll into balls. Pat them down a dish of sugar; cover totally. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
