CHICKEN WINGS ORIENTAL 
2 lbs. chicken wings
2 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. cooking sherry
1 sm. clove garlic, minced

Fry wings slightly in the oil; they will brown only slightly. Add all other ingredients and simmer 30 minutes, then remove lid; increase heat and cook until almost all the liquid is gone.
