SPAGHETTI WITH CLAMS 
1/4 lb. butter
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. basil
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 c. minced clams
1 c. clam juice
Salt
1 lb. spaghetti
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. parsley

Melt butter in skillet. Add olive oil, pepper, oregano, basil, garlic, clams and clam juice. Simmer 30 minutes. Salt to taste.

Warm a large bowl while you cook the spaghetti. Put it in a bowl and add the clam sauce. Toss with cheese and parsley and serve immediately.
