3 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 c. oil
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3 eggs

Mix wet ingredients well. Sift dry ingredients into wet mixture. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes. Serve topped with powdered sugar or applesauce or Cool Whip.
