FRIED FISH 
1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. crumbled Town House crackers
2 eggs
Lemon juice

Beat eggs into small bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice into eggs. Lay a sheet of waxed paper out flat. Pour flour, meal, and crackers out on paper and mix thoroughly. Dip fish into egg mixture. Put into large frying pan. Add Wesson oil as desired. Cover and fry over medium heat. Fry until golden brown. Then call me, I'll come help you eat them!
