FESTIVE MOCK FISH PATTIES 
1 (13 oz.) can Fri-Chic, diced
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
4 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. seasoned salt

In a large mixing bowl, add each ingredient as listed, and blend thoroughly. Shape into small patties. Fry on both sides in a large skillet or on a griddle. Serve with tartar sauce. Serves 8-10.

TARTAR SAUCE:

1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced onion
2 tsp. pickle relish

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve with patties.
