FRESH PEACH PIE (No Bake) 
1/2 - 1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 - 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. food coloring (optional)

Cook together until clear and thick. Remove from heat and stir in 3 tablespoons dry Jello. Let cool and add to fruit (cut up fresh peaches approximately 5-6 peaches).

CRUST:

1/2 c. liquid cooking oil
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
