BAKED PEACH PUDDING 
3 c. sliced fresh peaches
3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

TOPPING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water

Place peaches in 8" square baking dish. Cream together sugar and butter. Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt; then stir into the sugar and butter mixture. Stir in milk until batter is smooth. Spread over preaches.
