HOLIDAY BREAKFAST HAM & CHEESE
SOUFFLE
 
16 slices white sandwich bread (remove crusts & cut into cubes)
1 lb. cubed ham
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, cut in sm. pieces
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 c. butter, melted

Grease 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Spread half the bread cubes evenly in dish. Add ham and both cheeses, then cover with remaining bread cubes. Mix eggs, milk, onion and mustard. Pour evenly over bread cubes and then bake or may be refrigerated overnight. Combine cornflakes and butter for a topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
