CLAMS ZUPA 
Clams (sm. size) (allow 12 or more per person)
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
White wine (enough to cover 1 inch in steaming pan)
Red pepper, crushed
Tomatoes (whole or crushed)
Angel Hair Pasta

Mix olive oil, garlic, wine and red pepper in large steamer pan with clams. Steam clams and remove when open. Add tomatoes; let juice and sauce cook a little.

In another pan, cook pasta until done. When sauce is reduced, re-add clams, (shells, too) until they are warm. Serve over pasta.
