“SPICY POTATO WEDGES” IS IN:

SPICY POTATO WEDGES 
4 tbsp. canola oil
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne
3 1/2 lb. large red potatoes, cut into wedges

In large bowl - combine first 8 ingredients. Add potatoes - toss to coat. Arrange in single layer on greased baking sheets. Bake at 400°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown - turning once.

Note: Can wrap in foil and do this on grill... grilling is great and any potato will do. Use a Blue Cheese dressing for dipping.. On grill - cook and turn until foil gives with touch - indicating that potato is done.
