EASY CLAM CHOWDER 
1 med. chopped onion
1 can cream of potato soup
1 soup can of milk
1 can minced clams
1 tbsp. butter

Saute onions in butter until tender but not brown. Add cream of potato soup and can of milk. Stir and heat thoroughly. Add minced clams. Let simmer a few minutes. Serve piping hot.
