HOT ARTICHOKE SPREAD 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Garlic powder to taste

Mix all ingredients and put into oven-proof dish. Heat at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until mixture bubbles. Serve with crackers for spreading. Serves 6.
