HOT ARTICHOKE SPREAD 
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped fine
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt or powder

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and place in greased ovenproof dish. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven until heated through, about 15 minutes. Serve with crackers.
