1 can corned beef, broken up
1 pkg. lemon Jello, dissolved in 1/4 c. hot water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper (opt.)
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
4 hard boiled eggs

Let Jello chill in refrigerator, then stir in other ingredients. Pour into molds or pan. Serves 8.
