CORNED BEEF MOLD 
1 can corned beef
2 c. diced celery
3 hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp. minced green pepper
2 tbsp. minced sweet red pepper or pimiento
2 tbsp. onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 env. Knox gelatin
1 can beef consomme

Mix together down to mayonnaise. Mix the gelatin in 2 tablespoons cold water and beef consomme. Mix all together. Chill 12 hours or more. Slice to serve.
