CORNED BEEF MOLD 
1 sm. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water

1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 1/2 c. fine celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
3 hard cooked eggs
1 can corned beef
1 tbsp. horseradish

Mix all of above. Pour in glass 9 x 13 inch cake dish. Decorate with sliced stuffed olives, cilantro tops or parsley. If necessary may be made 2 days in advance or served same day, on lettuce. Cover with foil. Will serve 20 or more.
