CORNED BEEF SALAD | |
1 Jello lemon (sm.) 3/4 c. boiling water 1 can (12 oz.) corned beef, broken into sm. pieces 1 c. diced celery 1 c. cooked carrots and/or peas, drained well 1 sm. onion, chopped fine 1 sm. can mushroom pieces, optional 1/2 c. pickle relish 1 c. low fat mayonnaise (cholesterol free) Mix Jello in boiling water. Let stand to thicken. Mix all other ingredients and add to Jello. Pour into mold. Let set overnight. |
