SHOE PEG CORN SALAD 
1 can French style green beans
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can small peas
1 sm. jar pimento
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper together. Heat until sugar dissolves. Cool and add to vegetables. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
