CORNED BEEF JELLO SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 c. corned beef, broken up
1/2 c. uncooked macaroni, cook and cut up
1 tbsp. green pepper
1 pimento, chopped or stuffed olives
1 tsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped cucumber (optional)

Dissolve lemon Jello in hot water - add cold water - set aside. Prepare rest of ingredients - add to cooled Jello - pour into a 9 x 13 inch flat pan. Serve next day. Serves 12.
