CORNED BEEF SALAD 
1 can (12 oz.) corned beef
1 c. celery
5 hard boiled eggs
1 box (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. salad dressing

Diced corned beef, celery and eggs. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Set aside to cool. Add corned beef mixture to cooled Jello. Add salt and salad dressing. Mix thoroughly. Place in refrigerator to set firm. Sometimes I add (optional) :

1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 med. onion, grated
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. pecans
& decrease the eggs to 3
