PECAN PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs, beaten well
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans or coconut or small can crushed pineapple

Mix sugar well with melted butter, add eggs. Mix well add 1 scant tablespoon of vinegar, mix well. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla mix well. Put in unbaked pie crust. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

PIE CRUST:

1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. milk

Pour milk into Wesson oil

2 c. flour
1 scant (tsp.) salt

Mix flour and salt together. Pour Wesson oil and milk over flour. Mix well with fork until you can handle, knead well, press out into circle on wax paper. Put wax paper over dough, then roll out.
