CORN BUTTER CUPS 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. onion
1 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
12 oz. can corn, drained
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Saltines

Saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour. Stir in milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in rest of ingredients. Put into casserole dish and sprinkle top with crushed saltines. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
