Approximately 55 ears sweet corn
1 lb. butter
1 pt. half and half
Salt (about 1/4 c.)

Wash ears of corn. Cut corn from cob. Mix with other ingredients and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Stir occasionally. Cool well and freeze. Makes a large roasting pan full.
