OVEN BUTTERED CORN FINGERS 
2 sticks butter
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 can creamed corn

Melt 1 stick butter in each of two 9x13 inch pans. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Add milk and corn; stir until soft dough is formed. Turn out on well-floured board. Knead 15 times. Dough will be sticky.

Roll out into a rectangle 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 1-inch thick strips. Roll in melted butter to coat and arrange in pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Great with chili!
