PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE | |
1/4 c. butter 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 lg. can pineapple, drained 3 slices of bread, cubed 3 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. milk Melt butter in pan. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour into baking dish with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, 1 tablespoon sugar, and roasted pecans. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. |
