PINEAPPLE CREAM CAKE 
Yellow cake mix
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
9 oz. container Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1 c. cold milk
Coconut
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
Walnut and cherries to decorate

Beat cream cheese until smooth. At medium speed. Add milk and pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Then the drained crushed pineapple. Spread over cake. Sprinkle coconut and decorate. 12 to 14 cake pan.
