OLD FASHIONED LEMON PIE 
This recipe makes 2 pies

2 c. sugar
4 eggs (separated)
2 lemons (juice and grated rind)
1 stick butter

Combine melted butter and sugar. Mix well. Add egg yolks gradually and mix well. Then add lemon juice and rind. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Very good.
