CHOCOLATE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
2 1/2 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
1 1/2 c. sugar (granulated)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. Mesfields chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt. Using wire whisk mix dry ingredients thoroughly - set aside. In medium saucepan melt butter and chocolate over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until completely melted. In large bowl using electric mixer beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until blended. Add chocolate and butter mixture. Add dry ingredients alternately 1/3 at a time with sour cream, mixing well with dry ingredients. Stir in chips, walnuts. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees. Transfer immediately onto cool surface.
